Using Swish-comish
Swish-comish provides tools for recording and organising renewable technology commissioning information. You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully and keep access to your account secure.
Professional responsibility
The service assists with record keeping but does not replace professional competence, manufacturer instructions, applicable standards, certification scheme requirements or legal obligations. The competent person remains responsible for inspections, tests, conclusions, signatures and submitted records.
Your content
You retain ownership of information and files you upload or create. You grant us the limited permission needed to process that content solely to operate the service, generate documents and deliver them to destinations you select.
Google Drive
If you connect Google Drive, you authorise Swish-comish to create or manage only the files made available through the granted permission. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google’s own terms and policies.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Pilot and preview features may change. You should retain appropriate copies of important commissioning records.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful or harmful material, interfere with other users, or use the product to create misleading certification.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Swish-comish is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user entries, professional errors, third-party services or events outside our reasonable control.
