Information we process

When you use the service, we may process account details, site and customer information entered into a form, installation test results, photographs, captions, document contents, delivery email addresses and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

Google user data

When you connect Google Drive, Swish-comish requests the limited drive.file permission. We use this access only to create commissioning documents and evidence files in locations you choose, and to work with files you deliberately select or create through the service. We do not use Google Drive data for advertising, sell it, or transfer it for unrelated purposes.

How information is used

• To create, store and deliver commissioning records.
• To operate, maintain and secure the service.
• To respond to support requests and improve reliability.
• To meet legal obligations and prevent misuse.

Storage and sharing

Commissioning files may be stored in the Google Drive folder you select. Information is shared only with service providers required to operate the product, recipients you choose, or where required by law. We apply appropriate access controls and retain information only as long as necessary for the stated purposes.

Your choices

You can revoke Swish-comish access from your Google Account permissions at any time. You may also contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements.
